The talented Sala Group Executive Chef James Adams is relocating to our flagship UK restaurant – La Sala Chigwell.
James successfully oversaw the kitchens of La Sala Banus, La Sala Gibraltar, La Sala by the Sea as well as OAK Garden & Grill in Spain. Now he will be returning to his native country to join the La Sala Chigwell team.
Originally from Norwich, James Adams was professionally trained in England, before relocating to Spain in 2002. After joining La Sala in 2010, James grew through the ranks to become the Executive Chef of Sala Group and now will be taking on a new challenge to head the kitchen at La Sala Chigwell.
James will be adding his favourite dishes from La Sala Banus to the A la Carte menu at Chigwell Road, keeping the combination of different International cuisines that is the restaurant’s signature style. To enhance your Sunday lunch experience, James Adams will introduce a tempting Sunday Roast Platter that can be shared between 4 people.
The La Sala brand expanded to the UK back in 2014 and the first La Sala restaurant was opened in Woodfood Green, Essex. The chic restaurant and bar has brought the ultimate social and dining experience with a buzzing atmosphere, an extensive menu of delectable signature dishes, a wide range of entertainment and excellent value for money to the area.
